Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. The water park was really fun for the kids. The pool area is nice, but the sliding door was incredibly loud in the wind.

The location and cleanliness were great and the staff, except for one, was friendly.
We had to pay for parking daily and the valet was disrespectful. There were unexpected charges for WiFi and a bellboy we didn't request.
